This is a journal for a series of novels I am planning on writing about a fantasy world I created called Solamar. This journal is friends only and comments will be disabled for my FO banner solely because it is by invitation only.
There may, however, be things I will release to the public (character bios, summary, excerpts and whatnot) so you can watch for that if you feel so inclined.

| Origins of Solamar |
Solamar is a fantasy world of my creation, of which all the details are unfinished. The idea, which turned from a trilogy into the possibility of an ongoing series, is now into its 11th year of off and on planning. It began during my senior year of high school in Creative Writing when we were told to make a list of things to write about and it just "popped" into my head.
Through the years I've thought about it but never actually done much with it. I've changed names, added characters, removed characters...I've done so much with it that the original story and the story I have settled on are two completely different things. I am glad that I decided to wait instead of writing it so many years ago because I think that it has been improved upon 100% |
